Refund Policy

1. How the refund is calculated

• Remaining days = total license days − days already elapsed since your purchase date.
• The purchase date is the date of the payment confirmation email, not the date you first used the tool.
• Partial days are counted as whole elapsed days.
• Amounts are rounded down to the nearest cent.

3. How to request a refund

1. Email [email protected] from the address used at checkout, or from any address — just include your order number (it is in your payment receipt) or the email address you paid with.
2. Tell us briefly that you would like a refund under this policy. You do not have to explain why you are unsatisfied, but the reason helps us improve the tool.
3. We confirm the calculation and issue the refund through our payment partner Lemon Squeezy (international payments) or through the domestic payment channel used at checkout.
4. Once approved, the refund is returned to your original payment method. Card and PayPal refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

4. After the refund

• Your license key is deactivated when the refund is issued, and the site returns to the free trial limit.
• You may buy again later; a refunded purchase does not prevent a future purchase.
• Refunds are always returned to the original payment method. We cannot refund to a different card or account.

5. Costs that cannot be refunded

• Payment processing fees already charged by the payment provider are not refundable. Where they apply, they may be deducted from the refund amount — the worked examples above show the amount before any such deduction.
• Any third-party currency conversion or bank fee charged by your own bank is outside our control and cannot be refunded by us.
• Taxes collected at checkout are refunded together with the proportional refund where the payment provider supports it; the tax portion follows the provider's tax rules for your country.

6. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer right you may have under the law of your country of residence. Where local law grants you a stronger right (for example a statutory cooling-off period for digital purchases), that right applies in addition to this policy. Because the license key is delivered immediately after payment, you may be asked to acknowledge that immediate delivery starts performance of the contract.
