By using the Service, or by purchasing a license, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Service calculates how many units of cargo can be loaded into a shipping container, based on the cargo dimensions and weights you enter, and produces volume utilisation, weight usage, a layer plan and a 3D view. It is a planning aid.

| Activation | After payment we issue a license key (format CC-YYYYMMDD-XXXX-XXXX) which activates unlimited use for the term. The key is emailed to the address used at checkout. |
| Term | The term starts on the payment date and ends on the expiry date encoded in the key. There is no auto-renewal: at the end of the term the Service returns to the free trial limit unless you buy again. |
| License scope | A license is granted to the purchasing person or company, is non-exclusive and non-transferable, and may be used by that licensee on any device with a browser. You may not resell, sublicense, rent, share or publicly distribute the key. |
| Fair use | You may not use a single license key as a shared multi-user service, publish it, or automate mass access in a way that bypasses the license system. |
International payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy calculates, collects and remits applicable VAT, GST and sales tax on our behalf, issues the receipt and provides customer billing support. Domestic payments in CNY are processed through the domestic payment channels shown in the app. We never receive or store your full card details.
If you are not satisfied with a paid license, you may request a refund of the unused portion of the term, calculated proportionally on the remaining days. The full rules, the formula and worked examples are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
The Service, its code, algorithms, layout, text and graphics are owned by the operator and protected by applicable copyright and other laws. You receive only the limited license described in section 3. You keep all rights to the cargo data you enter.
The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, and we may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date on this page; continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms. If we discontinue the Service entirely during a paid term, we will refund the unused portion of that term under section 5.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, revenue, cargo, container space, demurrage or detention costs, arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits non-waivable consumer rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us at [email protected] so we can try to resolve the matter directly. Nothing here prevents you from bringing a claim before the competent authority of your own country of residence where consumer law gives you that right.

海外付款由 Lemon Squeezy 作为登记商家（Merchant of Record）处理，税费由其按你所在地代收代缴并出具收据；境内付款走站内人民币支付渠道。我们不会接触或存储你的完整卡号信息。
对购买不满意可按剩余天数比例申请退款，规则、公式与示例见退款政策，该政策构成本条款的一部分。
不得破解、绕过授权或额度机制、批量爬取或以其他方式干扰服务；不得用于违法用途，也不得用于规划你已知超出重量、高度、轴载或安全限制的装载；不得删除版权标识或将本服务冒充为自己的产品。违反上述规则我们可暂停或终止访问（已使用部分不退款）。
本服务的代码、算法、版式、文案与图形归运营者所有，你仅获得第 3 节所述的有限授权；你输入的货物数据始终归你所有。服务按"现状可用"提供，我们可能调整功能或更新本条款，重大变更以页面顶部的更新日期体现，变更后继续使用即视为接受。若在付费期内整体下线服务，我们将按第 5 节退还该期限的未使用部分。
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对间接损失、附带损失或利润、货值、舱位、滞期费等损失承担责任；责任无法排除时，赔偿总额以你为该授权实际支付的金额为限。本条款不排除依法不可排除的责任，也不限制你依法享有的强制性消费者权利。本条款适用中华人民共和国法律；正式争议前请先联系 [email protected] 协商解决，你所在国家法律赋予你的救济权利不受影响。
